	Over 100 other Cycle races ranging in distance between 40 & 120km( 25 & 75 miles).

Mountain Biking

Over 40 Mountain Bike Races ranging in distances between 20 & 60km( 13 & 38 miles) over all types of terrain.

Canoeing/ Kayaking

Completed numerous K1 races.

Completed over 20 Canoe Triathlons.

Running

	Completed Two Oceans Ultra Marathon (56 km/ 35 miles) – 1998.
	Completed in 5 Marathon (42.2 km/ 26.4 miles).
	Completed in excess of 30 Half Marathons (21.1 km / miles).
	Completed in excess of 100 other races distances (5- 15 km / 3.1-9.4 miles).

Triathlons / Duathlons

	Completed the 2002 SA Ultra Swim Triathlon Champ (3.2km / 2 mile swim, 120km / 75 mile Cycle, 32km / 20 mile Run).
	Completed over 30 swim & Canoe Triathlon
	Completed in excess of 50 Duathlons (run/cycle/run).
